Intensive Exercise-based Recovery Program
In addition to our inaugural program aimed towards the functional rehabilitation of paraplegics and tetraplegics, we are planning on offering it also, in the nearest possible future, to people with neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and strokes.
Other programs that we are planning
Children’s program

The children’s program provides a specific, intensive exercise based program to work with the child as a whole in order to improve motor planning, body awareness, independence and quality of life. This program is designed to help developmentally delayed children make gains in just four weeks that could take up to a year to achieve with conventional therapy or without therapy.
The overall concept of the children’s program is to eliminate pathological reflexes and establish new, correct, and functional movement pathways.
The Therasuit method and the Masgutova neurosensorimotor reflex integration are found to be the most effective programs for providing muscle and neurological retraining in children.
By combining these two programs with intensive exercise therapy you are providing a child with the best possible way to succeed.
Acquired functional skills children can develop during our therapy include (but are not limited to) head righting, sitting, rolling, crawling, kneeling, standing, and walking.
We work with people living with the following conditions:

High Performance Training for Para athletes

FSWC Québec will have a vast experience working with people who have neuromuscular disabilities, which will make the transition to offer a program to high performance para athletes very successful.
FSWC Québec is planning to provide group training to people who are participating in para sport.
The program is a great place to see peers with similar injuries training hard to better their performance in their respective sports.
