What is the FSWC Activity-based therapy program?
Particularity of the FSWC Program
Our 'Activity-based therapy' program, specially designed for people with spinal cord injuries, was developed in the '90s by a world-renowned center in the U.S. and has been offered to Canadians since 2010 by FSWC Regina.
Our personally customized programs are mainly characterized by intensive and rigorous exercises below the level of the injury.
As we focus on recognizing the potential of each person with a spinal cord injury, our programs are specially designed to improve the mobility and usually take several months.
*Our partner FSWC Regina is Canada's pioneer in activity-based therapy (ABT) and has been a reference point for the Canadian ABT community of practice.
