Every action counts. Give the power to move.
Your support transforms lives by making our programs accessible.
Solem
Your donation has the power to change the future,
like that of Solem, who was able to attend our intensive program three times already thanks to our affordable rates. He successfully learned to sit up on his own and use both of his hands. These advancements have transformed his life and his mother’s, allowing him to play at the park with her or use a standard shopping cart.
With a donation of $85, you enable a person with a neurological condition to access one hour individualized session at a cost of only $40 per hour, which is just 30% of the billable cost.

What the Funds Will Be Used For :
- To support these individuals so they can benefit from our programs through a 70% reduction in our billable service costs.
- To expand our team of trainers, which is growing rapidly. Its size has increased by 150% since we opened, which reflects a growing demand for our services. To continue meeting this demand, we must offer competitive salaries to retain our professionals and support our growth.
- To ensure a very high level of service quality and essential continuity for our beneficiaries, as our trainers are the only ones in Quebec specifically trained to deliver the Activity-Based Therapy program to both adults and children.

Diane and Carl
A chance we never had.
Ms. Diane Roy, at 17, and Mr. Carl Marquis, at 15, both sustained a spinal cord injury.
“ We had an accident when we were still teenagers and have been paraplegic ever since. Like you, before our accidents, we never thought we would have such a thing happen, and we never imagined losing the use of our legs. But it happened to us. After our accidents, we found our strength and passion in parasports. These sports helped us regain the energy to continue moving forward in our lives. We both participated in the Paralympic Games and were medalists. Sports gave us incredible experiences. But despite our medals, these sports activities had no effect on the functions we lost in our legs. With more than 30 years of experience in a wheelchair, we can say that we would have loved to have the choice to take on a program like this one as soon as we were discharged from the public rehabilitation program. If a program like this had existed in our time, we would have tried it right away without a doubt. All people with a spinal cord injury should know about this option and be quickly informed.
It is important to offer this choice to those who wish to improve their condition as soon as they are discharged from the public health program! ”

“ We are honored to be able to support the Quebec Adapted Training Centre FSWC thanks to a $10,000 donation from the TELUS Community Investment Committee in Quebec City. We are very grateful for the work FSWC Québec does within its community by helping to improve the mobility and quality of life of people with neurological conditions. ”

'' I have the privilege of being fit and healthy and am able to move as I please. Unfortunately, for some, the reality is quite different. By supporting the Québec Adapted Training Centre FSWC, I allow it to carry out its mission so that people who have lost their mobility can regain independence and freedom of movement. Long live this program, which will greatly improve their quality of life, and long live this second chance giver! ''

'' I wanted to participate in the establishment of the FSWC Quebec Center by making a monetary donation. As a paramedic, I had to intervene with spinal cord injuries. Knowing that rehabilitation is long and full of obstacles, this organization will be able to help this clientele regain their physical abilities. I believe in the regenerative capacities of the body and the mind and thanks to this organization, its therapists and the concept of neuroplasticity, spinal cord injured people will have the chance to regain certain functions and autonomy. ''
